Service Options or Service Level Agreement (SLA)SilverOur Silver SLA plan is by the hour or visit. Just place the service call and we will dispatch a technician to your place of business or home. This is an excellent plan for someone who just needs reliable and fast service without the fuss of a contract. It’s high quality service at an affordable rate. GoldOur Gold SLA plan is when one of our clients needs weekly IT services to manage their technology equipment (Computers, Corporate networks, etc.). They can purchase a pre-paid block of IT Service hours at a reduced rate. A site survey is required to develop the correct contract for your business.
PlatinumOur Platinum SLA plan is the complete package. It is when a client needs complete I.T. care, without the worries of service calls breaking their budget. We will Inventory all the equipment needing to be covered, and design a service contract for all the services. We then maintain all equipment under the service contract and keep it in good working order (amount of service calls is unlimited). The client just pays the monthly service contract and leaves the worries to us. It allows Tackett Service Group to become their complete IT Department.
